Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb calf liver, chopped
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • ground pepper, to taste

Method
 

  1. Mix everything together in food processor very well.
  2. Bake in 1 or 2 greased loaf pans at 350F for about 1 hr. and 15 min.  (Place in water bath.)
