  • Small Pork Package (includes smoked meat) – 20-22 lb pork raised outdoors, fed locally grown non-GMO grains; includes your choice of 2 roasts – butt, loin or shoulder, your choice of 3 sausages, ~1 lb. each – bulk breakfast, hot Italian in casing, sweet Italian in casing; 2 packages each pork chops, bacon, smoked ham slice; 4 packages ground pork, ~1 lb. each. $165
  • Small Beef Package – 22-25 lb of grassfed and finished beef; includes 1 package each chuck roast, rump roast, shaved steaks, stew meat; sirloin steak or chuck steak – 1 steak/pkg; meaty shank soup bone or short ribs; t-bone or Porterhouse steak AND rib steaks – 2 steaks/pkg; 8 tubes of ground beef, about 1 lb each. This amount of meat would fit in a milk crate. $240 ish
  • 1/2 pig – mix of smoked and unsmoked meats about 85 lb. of meat – $675
  • Whole pig – mix cuts, about 170 lb. of meat – $1300

Bulk meat purchases

  • If you purchase at least $100 of meat, we will give you 5% off of your order*.
  • This can be any combination of beef, pork, or chicken that we have available at the time.
  • This would let you stock up on meat for the season or the month.
  • You know where it was grown and who grew it. And the supply line getting it from my field to your freezer is shorter than a grocery store’s supply line would be.

*Delivery, turkey, lamb, duck, eggs, veggies, herbs, meat packages are not included in the 5% off.
