1cupMexican cheese blend, shreddedAny shredded cheese will work
1/2cupcornmeal
2tbspbutter, melted
1/2 tspsaltopt.
Optional chili variation - add this for chili flavor
1canchopped green chilies, drained (4 oz.)
1/2tspWorcestershire sauce
1/8tspcayenne pepper
Instructions
In large bowl, beat eggs.
Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Pour into greased 9 in square baking dish. Bake at 350 F for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
Notes
