Ingredients

calf liver, chopped

cup
vegetable oil

Tbsp
flour

cup
milk

eggs

onion, chopped

tsp
salt

tsp
thyme
ground pepper, to taste
Instructions
Mix everything together in food processor very well.
Bake in 1 or 2 greased loaf pans at 350F for about 1 hr. and 15 min. (Place in water bath.)
